On-Site Services
Survey & Design
P&M Coppack take pride in designing the system that fits your needs and building. We provide a free on-site survey in your work or home, then design the system and provide suitable brand and unit options to suit your budget.
Installation
As REFCOM Certified Engineers we will both install and commission into use, your new Air Conditioning or Heat Pump system. All our on-site visits are fully recorded with Asset Management reports and available in your Customer Portal.
Servicing
Due to the nature of the technology, P&M Coppack provide system services up to twice a year to ensure the system is running at it’s upmost efficient best. Every service includes an Engineers report, available in your Customer Portal
Repairs
We provide on-site call out and repairs on all systems installed by us and most systems installed by others. All parts are covered by warranty and repair reports. As REFCOM Certified Engineers, we provide complete Refrigerant Recovery as required.
